At Opal, we're building tools to help people reclaim their time and focus on what truly matters. As we continue to grow and save millions of hours of screen time for our community, we’re looking for a Monetization Manager to accelerate growth and take ownership of B2C revenue generation.

• Ownership & Impact: You'll take the lead on paywall and offer experimentation, pricing and packaging, Android and Web monetization, and lifecycle recovery.
• Your Role in Growth Systems: You'll be the dedicated monetization owner on a small, high-ownership team, stepping into a fast-growing company where your work will directly shape the future of focus, productivity, and Opal's revenue engine.
• Within six months, you'll own the monetization roadmap end-to-end and be running several revenue initiatives in parallel.

As our Monetization Manager, you will:

• Own paywall and offer experimentation: Run the test pipeline on onboarding and in-app surfaces.
• Own pricing: Shape the price ladder, plan architecture, trial design, intro offers and eligibility, discounting, and geo/PPP pricing bands.
• Grow Android and Web monetization: Focus on platforms with the clearest headroom versus iOS.
• Build monetization surfaces inside the product: Feature gating, entitlements, and contextual upsell.
• Own recovery and lifecycle monetization: Manage trial-cancel win-back, abandoned transactions, churn recovery, and referral offers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years owning monetization at a consumer subscription app.
• Hands-on experience implementing paywalls in a paywall tool (Superwall, RevenueCat, Adapty, or equivalent).
• Self-serve on data and AI.
• Deep familiarity with App Store Connect and Play Console subscription mechanics.
• Experimentation rigour.
• English required. French preferred, not required.
