[Hiring] Growth Lead, SEO & AI Visibility @daydream

Role Description

As a key player at daydream, you will own up to 10 client relationships end-to-end. This includes:

• Strategy, execution, and renewal of client accounts
• Deciding what gets built on each account and why
• Quality gate on every deliverable
• Driving growth on your book, including commercial-intent visibility, conversions, and revenue impact
• Setting and holding commitment dates
• Managing your own schedule and priority order across accounts

Your judgment is crucial, as you will be accountable for evaluating recommendations and ensuring they solve the client's problem effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience owning organic growth programs for B2B tech companies, either agency or in-house
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Capability to hold your own schedule and prioritize effectively
• Experience in recognizing flawed strategies and learning from them
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience preferred
• Confidence to reject flawed recommendations, even if well presented

• No prior experience with our internal stack required; training will be provided
• Judgment required to effectively use tools is essential
