Role Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Define clear, actionable marketing goals tied to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention targets.
- Align marketing plan with broader business goals in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams.
- Build and implement growth strategies that directly contribute to achieving KPIs and business objectives.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Continuously evaluate market opportunities to set aggressive yet achievable benchmarks for success.
- Ensure the delivery of creative and compelling content to engage target audiences effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
- Do digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets in customer acquisition and retention.
- Expertise in using marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and digital marketing systems to track and optimize performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in translating data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive results within a cross-functional team.
