[Hiring] Group Medicare Communications Professional @Humana

Role Description

The Group Medicare Communications Professional 2 collaborates with internal and external parties to produce standard and customized print materials for Group Medicare employer audiences. Works assignments that are varied in nature and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

• Works with internal and external partners to define print material strategy and objectives for each Group Medicare employer.
• Coordinates production and mailing of preformatted and customized publications related primarily to pre-enrollment materials.
• Collaborates frequently with internal vendor management, print vendor, and designers.
• Consults internal partners and external employer groups on operational recommendations and best practices, occasionally in ambiguous situations.
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
• Makes independent decisions regarding daily work methods, requires minimal direction, and receives guidance where needed.
• Follows established guidelines/procedures driven by CMS and Humana.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years experience working with external partners and leading meetings with external partners.
• 2+ Years experience with printed communications, proofreading, and/or graphic design.
• Excellence in verbal and written communications.
• Advanced grammar skills.
• Strong attention-to-detail.
• Superior time management behaviors and the ability to meet complex deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Humana Group Medicare experience (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro (preferred).
