Role Description
We are looking to hire a Go to Market Manager, AI Business Solutions to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team and to play an essential role in translating Microsoftβs Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible for our AI Business Solution Go to Market Team. In this role, you will:

Drive worldwide insights and execution excellence.

Bring strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation.

Enable Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale with a sharp focus on AI Workforce, especially focused on COWORK and the consumption of new business around tokens/credits.

Understand different models/partners/competitors such as Anthropic, OAI, Deep Seek, and others.

Lead a virtual team and act as a thought leader.

Develop marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.

Track success criteria and performance metrics.

Create alignment and action across teams, moving roadblocks and simplifying complex concepts.

Work in deep partnership with the field, Corp, and cross-functional marketing team.
Qualifications
-
8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.

12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.

8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex organization.

5+ years of experience or knowledge in ANY of the following Workforce technologies: Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Agents.
Requirements

Build and drive business strategy and track the efficacy of plans for the line(s) of business to drive sustainable growth.

Create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for assigned line(s) of business across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions.

Collaborate with global channel team (GCPS) to guide and support the execution of programs to recruit and enable partners.

Partner with sales to land field enablement accountability and develop sales programs.

Support the creation and pursuit of white-space growth opportunities across products/services.

Partner with engineering to proactively drive capacity forecasting.

Drive GTM strategy and land growth plans (e.g., revenue, usage, customer health).

Develop competitive strategies to drive target market share gains.
Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year.
-
In specific locations such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
