Role Description
As the Global Head of Marketing reporting to the Global Revenue Officer, you are responsible for the design and delivery of our end-to-end marketing and communications strategies to help drive strategic growth across our brands.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead a globally expanding marketing team, building marketing campaigns for AI driven healthcare solutions.
- Play a vital role in helping achieve our mission to scale global healthcare capacity using AI automation.
What You Do
- Create an inspiring, unified vision for our end-to-end marketing and communications strategy.
- Act as a brand champion for the business, report on key brand metrics and drive data-based refinement.
- Develop and deliver annual marketing and communication plans.
- Own digital marketing content and analytics to help create and deliver high performing marketing campaigns.
- Support the marketing team to deliver impactful initiatives, such as multi-channel campaigns and advertising.
- Manage internal and external communications functions.
- Drive deeper client and industry relationships to enhance overall brand positioning.
- Participate in product marketing initiatives and other marketing activities as required.
- Oversee marketing team activities, deliverables, budget and roadmap.
- Manage and nurture a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience within or deep knowledge of the Radiology market.
- Previous leadership experience in a Head of Department level role in marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience in creating and implementing your own playbook(s).
- Comfortable championing for additional marketing funds to invest in initiatives.
- Experience managing and developing a global marketing team.
- A dynamic, digital native experienced with taking local businesses global.
- Great problem-solving skills and comfortable working autonomously.
