Role Description

The Global Commercial Strategy Co-op Intern will play an integral role in supporting the Gem-iDRS Global Commercial Strategy team as we prepare for and execute critical launch readiness and market development activities. This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to work across Global, Regional, and Local Operating Company teams while contributing to strategic initiatives that support the successful commercialization of Gem-iDRS.

The intern will partner cross-functionally with:

• Commercial
• Medical Affairs
• Market Access
• Insights & Analytics
• Regional Marketing
• Other key stakeholders

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual interested in:

• Pharmaceutical commercialization
• Oncology strategy
• Market development
• Cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree
• MBA students are encouraged to apply
• Coursework or academic concentration in one or more of the following areas:
  • Healthcare Administration
  • Life Sciences
  • Biology
  • Public Health
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing Strategy
  • Economics
  • Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Health Policy
  • Related healthcare, commercial, or strategic business disciplines
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, commercial strategy, market research, marketing, or business development
• Experience leading projects, conducting research, analyzing data, or participating in student organizations is a plus

Requirements

• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future
• Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long-term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
