Role Description

This role will sit within the Performance Business Unit. We help brands show up in the right place, at the right time, to the right people, with data-driven campaigns. Whether it’s paid media, SEO, link building, or performance-driven creative, we build campaigns that actually perform — driving clicks, visibility, conversions, and real business growth.

Join us on this exciting journey. We’re looking for a Paid Media Campaign Manager based in the Philippines to join us as an independent contractor. This is an operational, hands-on role focused on managing Paid Media campaigns—primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with the possibility of supporting other platforms based on your experience and client needs.

You’ll typically work across 3 to 5 client accounts, depending on their size and complexity. You will receive full training in our proven campaign methods, and account assignments will depend on your experience and client needs.

Reporting to the Performance Director on each account, you’ll be responsible for:

• Campaign execution
• Optimisation
• Reporting
• Performance analysis

As you grow in the role, you’ll gain opportunities to support client communication and contribute to broader campaign strategy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Meta and/or Google Ads)
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communicator and dependable team player
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
• Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution
• Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of agency-side experience (preferred but not essential)
• Google Looker Studio experience (preferred but not essential)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other similar analytics platforms (preferred but not essential)
• Confidence in communicating with clients and presenting insights (preferred but not essential)
• Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation (preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console (preferred but not essential)
