Role Description

This role involves executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across both search and social channels for North American markets, ensuring alignment with e-commerce business objectives.

• Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
• Focus on achieving key performance goals, especially CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), Leads, Video Views, etc. to drive efficient customer acquisition and conversion
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continually improve performance
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize budgets, bids, and targeting
• Based in the Pacific Time Zone to align with team schedule and collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven experience executing and managing paid campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong background in running paid media campaigns for e-commerce businesses, with a focus on driving conversions
• Ability to track, analyze, and optimize based on key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS, and familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Tableau
• Focused on achieving performance targets and maximizing ROI
• Skilled at identifying opportunities for improving performance through creative testing, budget reallocation, and strategy adjustments
• Based in Pacific Time Zone hours for seamless team collaboration. Open to meet over Zoom, as needed M-F

Requirements

• Duration: 3 months for the initial contract, aiming for long-term collaboration
• Workload: approx. 20hrs weekly
