Role Description

The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is the engine behind our global expansion. Positioned at the intersection of Sales, Product, AI Automation, and Marketing, we don’t just market a tool - we build a repeatable revenue engine.

We're at an inflection point. Ace Waves has strong early traction and real customers, and we're entering the next phase of growth. Marketing has been a team of one. You'd be the second – and the first fully focused on pipeline.

Your job is to build the demand engine that turns that into a repeatable flow of qualified pipeline.

• Own and run demand generation hands-on to deliver a steady flow of qualified pipeline
• Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across channels
• Grow organic pipeline through SEO, AEO, and conversion-focused content
• Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns
• Work closely with sales to turn leads into pipeline and revenue
• Set up attribution and tracking, pull insights, and act on them to drive pipeline
• Build out new channels over time, like webinars and events

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a sales-led GTM motion
• Background in a fast-growing tech startup
• Experience driving demand across global markets
• A hands-on builder who can create demand early and move fast
• Wide understanding across the funnel
• Pipeline numbers you owned and hit, with the figures to prove them
• Data-driven, and fluent with modern marketing and AI tools
• Strong written and spoken English

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, customer support, or the CX tools space
• Background in conversational or agentic AI
• Built demand gen from scratch, not just run an existing engine
• A creative streak – you come up with original ideas, not just run the standard playbook
