Role Description
The Marketing Technology & Foundation Specialist supports BBK's Marketing Team by helping maintain and continuously improve the systems and processes that drive the firm's marketing and business development efforts. This position supports the ongoing development of Foundation, the firm's experience management platform, and other marketing technology tools.
As BBK continues to expand its use of Foundation, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the platform's continued evolution, adoption, and long-term success across the firm.
Foundation is the primary focus of this position. The role is responsible for:

Maintaining high-quality experience data

Supporting user adoption

Developing training resources

Preparing reports and dashboards

Participating in system enhancements and testing

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and data quality

Email marketing, reporting and analytics, website content management, and other marketing technology functions
Qualifications

Experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation, including user adoption, training, reporting, data governance, testing, or implementation activities, is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and build collaborative relationships across departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing documentation, conducting user training, and supporting user adoption.

Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, or similar marketing technology tools is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Professional discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three to five years of experience supporting marketing technology, experience management, CRM administration, knowledge management, or related business systems.

Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is preferred.

Demonstrated experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation within a law firm or other professional services environment is strongly preferred.
Benefits

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $84,000 to $97,000 annually ($43.08 - $49.75/hour), non-exempt.

The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidateβs years of experience.
