[Hiring] Field Marketing Manager @Picus

Role Description

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute regional marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth and business impact. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and cross-functional Marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns, executive programs, customer engagements, and strategic events. In addition to delivering high-impact marketing initiatives, you’ll own regional budget planning and performance tracking, ensuring investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI. Success in this role means building strong regional partnerships, managing marketing investments effectively, and turning strategy into scalable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned with pipeline, revenue, and business objectives.
• Plan and deliver integrated regional marketing programs, including industry conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, channel marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and customer engagement programs.
• Partner closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align regional priorities and maximize business impact.
• Own regional marketing budget, forecasting, vendor management, and performance tracking to ensure efficient investment and measurable ROI.
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans while ensuring operational excellence across planning, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder management.
• Measure and report campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and key business metrics, continuously optimizing programs based on data and insights.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, event organizers, and strategic partners to ensure successful program execution.
• Stay informed on regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to continuously refine regional marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience managing regional marketing programs, including industry conferences, executive events, customer engagement, and channel marketing initiatives.
• Strong partnership with Sales and the ability to align marketing programs with pipeline and business objectives.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Candidates preferred to be based in the Central or Eastern regions of the United States to support collaboration with our EMEA team.
