[Hiring] Events & Campaign Marketing Specialist @CYPHER Learning

Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and execution-oriented Events & Campaign Marketing Specialist for North America to manage and support regional marketing programs that build awareness, generate demand, and strengthen CYPHER’s presence across the market. In this role, you will help execute a broad range of marketing activities, including:

• In-person and virtual events
• Third-party review programs
• Analyst relationships
• Media promotions
• Customer advocacy
• Content
• Social media
• Email programs
• Marketing analytics

You will work closely with the Head of Demand Generation and the broader global Marketing team to develop and execute programs aligned with CYPHER’s growth objectives.

Success in this role means bringing strong organization, creativity, and follow-through across multiple marketing programs while ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact. You will help turn marketing strategies into action, coordinate programs from planning through execution, develop customer case studies and testimonials, and support the reporting and data analysis needed to understand performance and continuously improve results.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to grow their expertise, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, owning end-to-end logistics.
• Manage regional marketing programs, including third-party review platforms and analyst firm relationships.
• Partner with the Head of Demand Generation to develop and execute programs that support pipeline generation.
• Support the development and execution of content and social media programs.
• Identify and secure customer participation in case studies and testimonials.
• Support the development and execution of email nurture and other email marketing programs.
• Analyze marketing and program performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the global Marketing team and other cross-functional partners.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience executing marketing programs and campaigns.
• Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns, events, email marketing, social media, content, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing event logistics for in-person and virtual events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Adaptable and comfortable taking on new responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools extensively in marketing activities.
• Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology is preferred.
• Copywriting or content development experience is a plus.
