Role Description
As the Event Marketing Manager, you'll be the operational, creative, and executional engine behind Boulevard's in-person presence, from large trade shows and conferences to smaller field marketing moments like happy hours, dinners, and experiential activations. You'll own your slate of events end to end as a marketing channel.

Independently manage and/or support the day-to-day planning and logistics for an assigned slate of trade shows, conferences, sponsored events, and field marketing experiences.

Run on-site execution, including booth or venue setup/breakdown, staffing schedules, registration, speaking engagement logistics, and troubleshooting in real time.

Ideate and produce at-event activations, booth experiences, and on-site moments that drive engagement.

Own your assigned events as a full-funnel marketing channel, project-managing the pre- and post-event campaigns.

Share input and recommendations on which events and field marketing opportunities to prioritize.

Build and manage detailed project timelines and checklists in Asana.

Manage budgets, the contract/invoice process, and inventory of trade show collateral.

Track and report on the performance of your events, including post-event recaps, leads, pipeline, and ROI.

Build relationships with event organizers, vendors, and on-site partners.

Travel to support on-site execution (approximately 20-30% of the time).
Qualifications

3-5 years of experience supporting the logistics and on-site execution of trade shows, conferences, and/or field marketing events.

A genuine pulse on culture and industry trends.

Exposure to pre- and post-event marketing campaigns.

Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects and timelines.

Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve when on-site logistics don't go according to plan.

Comfortable representing Boulevard in person and building relationships with vendors, customers, and prospects.

Experience working in a CRM such as Salesforce for lead and data tracking.

Curious about using AI to work smarter.
