Role Description
The Engagement Marketing team is seeking a curious, nimble, and detail-oriented Engagement Marketing Manager to support the project management and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns that will drive member enrollment across Color’s entire customer base and lead B2B2C email marketing efforts.
- Consult with key clients on the most effective way to roll out Color to their audience(s)
- Manage the program execution
- Understand the population, the channels that work best to reach them, the messaging that resonates most with them, and enrollment goals to recommend a client-specific strategy
- Own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft, scale our efforts, and test innovative ideas
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to earn the trust of key customer stakeholders through the strength of our strategic and creative recommendations
- Partner with internal design, Medical Affairs, and product teams to build a successful enrollment and engagement program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product
- Experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans, preferably for a B2B2C product
- Demonstrated success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications
- Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts
- Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast-paced high growth environment
Requirements
- Experience working with union and blue collar populations
- Experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software
- Healthcare B2B2C healthcare marketing experience
- Experience working with Metabase, Google Suite
