[Hiring] Email Marketing Specialist @Remote Talent LATAM

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced, client-facing Email Marketing Strategist to help lead email marketing initiatives for luxury e-commerce brands. This role combines email marketing strategy, client relationship management, and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who understands both the technical side of Klaviyo and the bigger picture of e-commerce growth.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Email Marketing, account managers, designers, and other team members to:

• Develop campaign strategies
• Guide creative direction
• Manage client expectations
• Ensure email programs are executed effectively

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients, and able to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and email marketing for e-commerce brands.
• Proven experience developing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, automated flows, and segmentation strategies.
• Strong client-facing experience, including managing relationships, leading conversations, and communicating recommendations professionally.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience translating campaign performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty, skincare, wellness, or similar industries.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Requirements

• Manage client communications through calls, meetings, and Slack, ensuring clear expectations and strong relationships.
• Develop email marketing strategies to improve engagement, conversions, retention, and revenue.
• Coordinate campaign calendars, creative briefs, and promotional plans aligned with client goals.
• Review email designs and copy, providing feedback to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across internal teams.
• Perform quality assurance checks, including link testing, segmentation accuracy, and email deliverability.
• Use AI tools to streamline content planning and campaign workflows.
• Support prospect audits, account assessments, and initial campaign setup.

Benefits

• 💼 Full-Time Position: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
• 💵 Compensation: $4,000 USD/month
• 🏠 Paid Time Off: 15 vacation days per year + 12 paid company holidays

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Shopify stores.
• Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms such as Postscript or Attentive.
• Experience reviewing creative work using tools such as Figma.
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Understanding of luxury brand positioning, premium customer experiences, and affluent consumer behavior.
• Experience using AI tools to support marketing strategy, content development, or workflow optimization.
