Role Description

You run marketing hands-on. You know SEO, GEO, and paid cold. You run your own AI-agent stack for real work. You're an evangelist at heart. You light up on a stage, behind a mic, and on camera, and you want to be the voice our buyers know before they book a call. You'll own the demand engine at the agency that builds demand engines for others. No team to manage. No agencies to babysit. You and a growing library of agents.

On-Target Earnings: $100K–$130K USD (Base plus performance bonus)

Speaking + events budget

Fully remote

Your scorecard:

• Inbound calls booked per month
• ICP fit %
• Marketing CAC

What you own:

• Acquisition channels (SEO, GEO, paid, LinkedIn ABM)
• Owned media (blog, YouTube channel, positioning, brand)
• Live channels (webinars, podcast, industry events)

Evangelism is core to the seat, not a side project. You run a monthly webinar. You host our podcast and guest on the shows our buyers listen to. You own our YouTube channel: playbooks, process breakdowns, case studies. You travel to a few industry events a year as the face of the brand. Pipeline that shows up because a buyer watched a video, heard you on a mic, or met you at a booth is real pipeline, and it lives on your scorecard next to SEO, GEO, and paid.

What you inherit:

• A LinkedIn ABM motion already compounding
• An SEO and GEO program with a full content calendar
• The Predictable Growth methodology
• In-house agent orchestration
• HubSpot Enterprise for CRM and marketing automation

You report to and work closely with Mike, our President.

Qualifications

• You’ve marketed to marketers before, at an agency, a professional services firm, or a B2B company that sells to a marketing buyer.
• You work agent-first.
• Codex or Claude Code is your primary workspace.
• You’ve personally run SEO, GEO, AND paid acquisition.
• You’re a natural in front of a camera, a mic, and a room.
• You’re scrappy.
• You’ve carried a real pipeline number, not just MQLs.
• You’re an individual contributor by choice.
• You’ve stayed 2+ years in each of your last two roles.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing to marketers.
• Ability to work agent-first and manage personal agents.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, and paid acquisition.
• Comfortable in front of an audience, including webinars and podcasts.
• Proven track record of managing a real pipeline.
• Desire to remain an individual contributor.
• Stable work history with at least 2 years in each of the last two roles.
