We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Email Marketing Project Manager to oversee the scheduling, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns for restaurant and brand partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing moving parts, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every campaign goes out on time—error-free and beautifully presented.

You’ll serve as the operational glue between restaurants, CPG brands, and internal teams—owning the end-to-end process from asset collection to campaign delivery and post-launch reporting. Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Management
  • Manage and streamline all email communications, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery of restaurant and brand announcements.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule email blasts, resolve potential scheduling conflicts, and ensure regional segmentation adherence.
  • Facilitate asset collection and verification, ensuring all email content and design templates meet quality standards.
  • Build and schedule campaigns using Beehiiv (or similar platforms).
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, providing clients with post-campaign reports and insights.
  • Maintain organized tracking sheets for all active and completed campaigns.
• Design & Quality Assurance
  • Make light creative adjustments or fill templates using Canva to ensure emails look polished and on-brand.
  • Review layouts for clarity, accuracy, and design consistency before launch.
• Collaboration & Social Media Integration
  • Work with the social media team to support campaign launches (e.g., posting or accepting Instagram collaborations).
  • Ensure cohesive cross-channel messaging across email and social media.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in email marketing coordination, digital project management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and process-driven—you love keeping complex schedules conflict-free.
• Proficient with email marketing platforms (Beehiiv, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Comfortable using Canva for quick template adjustments.
• Social media native—confident using Instagram for stories, comments, and collaborations.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, able to manage multiple brand relationships simultaneously.

Bonus Points

• Experience managing campaigns for CPG brands, restaurants, or wellness products.
• Familiarity with analytics, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Background in marketing operations, virtual assistance, or content management.
