Role Description
This role involves coordinating email marketing campaigns and managing lead responses to enhance outreach efforts.

Email Campaign Management
- Coordinate prospect lists and align them with relevant events and email templates
- Send templated email campaigns using Mailchimp
- Ensure proper segmentation and scheduling of email outreach

Lead Funnel & Response Management
- Monitor incoming responses and direct leads to the right teams
- Maintain accurate records of outreach progress in Airtable
- Support improvements in email workflows for better engagement
Qualifications
- Experience in email marketing and lead management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Suite, and Mailchimp
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and execute structured workflows
- Strong written communication skills
