Role Description

Als Creative Strategist bist du das kreative Herzstück unserer Kampagnenplanung.

Entwicklung kreativer Strategien für Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen (vor allem auf Meta und TikTok)
Erstellung überzeugender Ad-Copy, Headlines und Hooks, die performen
Analyse von Markttrends, Zielgruppen und Wettbewerbern, um Insights in kreative Ansätze zu übersetzen
Entwicklung von Storylines für Werbevideos, Image Ads und andere Creatives
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Designern, Videografen und dem Performance-Team, um Ideen in visuell starke Kampagnen umzusetzen
Testing und Optimierung von Creatives basierend auf KPIs und Feedback

Qualifications

Kreatives und analytisches Mindset – du kannst überzeugende Ideen entwickeln und diese mit datengetriebenen Argumenten untermauern
Erfahrung im Copywriting, idealerweise im Bereich Performance-Marketing oder E-Commerce
Leidenschaft für Storytelling und ein gutes Gespür für Zielgruppen und Trends
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools und Plattformen wie Meta Ads Manager, TikTok oder Google Ads
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Adobe Creative-Cloud, Canva, Premiere Pro
Teamplayer-Mentalität, Eigenverantwortung und Lust auf innovative Projekte
