Role Description
The Email Content Strategist will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy for email marketing that enhances customer engagement, supports brand initiatives, and drives measurable results.
- Develop and implement a content strategy for email campaigns that aligns with overall marketing goals and customer needs.
- Conduct research on target audience segments to tailor email content and optimize engagement.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality email content that reflects the brand's voice.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to refine content strategies and enhance future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and content strategy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, email marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and tailored messaging.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day content needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
