Role Description
The Email List Manager will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's email lists to enhance targeting accuracy, improve engagement rates, and ensure compliance with data regulations.
- Manage the organization, segmentation, and cleanliness of email lists to maximize deliverability and engagement.
- Implement strategies for list growth and retention, including effective opt-in and opt-out processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for list optimization and segmentation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective targeting and messaging for various audience segments.
- Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices regarding email list management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, list management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and data management.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Analytical skills to assess data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
