Role Description
This role involves being the vital link between clients, internal teams, and marketing execution, ensuring every email campaign and project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
- Monitor and promptly respond to inbound lead and client emails (within 1 business day or less)
- Route leads through HubSpot to the appropriate team or client based on needs
- Manage client communications through HubSpot and email, maintaining timely responses and a professional tone
- Provide weekly project updates to clients and key internal stakeholders
- Oversee projects via Asana, assigning tasks and tracking deadlines
- Proactively manage timelines, identify bottlenecks, and keep projects on track
- Keep project statuses updated and maintain accurate documentation
- Test email designs for rendering, links, and accuracy before sending to clients
- Catch and correct errors in email templates to ensure flawless execution
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to improve performance and delivery
- Have a working knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp preferred)
- Understand email marketing best practices, deliverability basics, and campaign optimization
- Stay up to date on trends in email marketing and client communication strategies
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, project coordination, or client management
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and project management tools (Asana preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of email design, QA testing, and quality control best practices
Requirements
- Strong email marketing background or QA experience (nice to have)
- Experience handling multiple projects for various clients (nice to have)
- Knowledge of A/B testing, deliverability, and segmentation (nice to have)
- Basic HTML understanding for troubleshooting (nice to have)
