Role Description
Boolanga is doubling down on its direct-to-consumer e-commerce capabilities across multiple channels, including Amazon, our own e-shop, and dedicated e-commerce environments we operate on behalf of our platform partners like Uber and Bolt. Your mission will be to take these channels from an early-stage setup to structured, high-performing and scalable e-commerce engines.
-
Manage and improve our Amazon presence (listings, A+ content, backend keywords, PPC coordination via Seller Central).
-
Drive conversion and performance improvements on our own e-shop (UX audits, content updates, merchandising, A/B testing).
-
Support the day-to-day operations of partner-operated e-commerce environments (e.g. Uber Eats, Bolt Food).
-
Run the day-to-day operations of our own e-shop.
-
Execute and monitor performance marketing across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email (Klaviyo or similar).
-
Build and maintain dashboards in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or equivalent tools to track KPIs and turn insights into concrete actions.
-
Work with all relevant stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, account management, finance, and leadership.
-
Contribute to strategic initiatives like product launches, go-to-market campaigns, product portfolio discussions, etc.
-
Ensure high-quality product presentation across all channels.
Qualifications
-
4β6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in international DTC or marketplace businesses.
-
Working knowledge of at least one analytics platform (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar) β you can pull your own data and build basic dashboards.
-
Experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, campaign setup, reporting) is a strong plus.
-
Experience running paid campaigns on at least one of: Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
-
Experience with email marketing/CRM tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
-
Execution-focused, independent operator who thrives with minimal hand-holding.
