[Hiring] E-Commerce Marketing Manager @Purolabs

Role Description

We are a fast moving, Shopify DTC e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple channels.

• Build and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition via Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and email marketing (Klaviyo), focusing on lowering CAC and improving LTV.
• Design and optimise the complete marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—ensuring every part of the customer journey is crafted to deliver exceptional growth and performance.
• Manage, mentor, and work alongside a remote team of digital marketers while collaborating with external stakeholders.
• Lead marketing initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment between product, creative, and content teams.
• Develop, monitor, and analyse KPIs such as ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and CLTV, using data insights from tools such as GA4 and Triple Whale.
• Keep up-to-date with evolving trends, platform updates, and competitors to deliver fresh, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience working with DTC brands.
• A deep understanding of multi-channel customer acquisition strategies, including paid search, paid social, and email marketing.
• Previous experience in managing remote teams and leading digital marketing projects independently.
• Strong grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience using Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Klaviyo for email marketing.
• Ability to self-manage, set priorities, and adapt quickly to brand targets and performance goals.
• Experience of using project management software such as Monday, Trello or Clickup.
