[Hiring] DTC Funnel Specialist @KittySpout

Role Description

KittySpout / DoggySpout is looking for a hands-on CRO Lead to join our team! You will own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. This is an all-in-one role: you set the strategy and you do the work – building the backlog, briefing and QA-ing tests, launching them and shipping the winners.

We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta, so your tests reach significance fast. We are looking to hire someone with 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on Intelligems experience, has built and tested paid-acquisition funnels, and can show the data behind tests that lifted conversion rate, AOV or revenue per visitor.

The mission of this role:

• Own every conversion test on both of our brands (site, landing pages, funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells).
• Ensure each visitor is worth more every month.
• Success is a steady, well-run test program that lifts conversion rate, AOV and revenue per visitor across every page, funnel and offer.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Deep hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Proof of results with data backing tests that lifted CVR, AOV or RPV.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Experience briefing developers and designers, and managing a CRO agency.
• Ability to write clear hypotheses, size tests properly and call results on an agreed significance rule.
• Knowledge of how bundles, discounts, subscriptions and upsells change conversion, AOV and margin.
• Willingness to work overtime or on weekends if needed.
• Excellent cultural fit as per our values.
• Excited to play a big role in scaling the company and work closely with the founder.

Benefits

• Fully remote, full-time position.
• Opportunity to challenge yourself and shape a fast-growing company.
• Work directly with the founder.
• Impact on scaling the company to $100M+.

Accountabilities

• CRO test plan and backlog – Keep one ranked test plan per brand, scored on impact, confidence and effort.
• Run split tests on every paid-acquisition funnel each week.
• Build, QA and launch tests on time, every week.
• Call finished tests honestly, ship the winners, and catch any conversion drop the same day.
• Manage our CRO agency's test list, targets and results.
• Report conversion rate, RPV, AOV, tests live and win rate weekly.

Salary Expectation

USD $4,000 – $6,000+ per month (based on experience and expertise).
