Role Description
The Director, Specialty Psychiatry Account Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of provider account, site-of-care, and healthcare delivery marketing strategies for the Specialty Psychiatry franchise. This includes a Phase 3 asset, TSND-201, in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as other pipeline assets in various stages of clinical development. The role serves as the commercial expert on account-based marketing and customer value creation, ensuring successful integration of specialty psychiatric therapies into provider organizations, interventional psychiatry treatment centers, health systems, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
The Director will lead the development of account-focused value propositions and engagement strategies that address clinical, operational, and economic needs across sites of care. This includes responsibility for:

Working closely with Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Patient Services, Trade and Distribution, and external customers, this individual will identify barriers to adoption and develop solutions that facilitate treatment implementation across complex healthcare delivery settings. They will play a critical role in shaping future account engagement models, evidence requirements, support services, and site-of-care strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of provider account and site-of-care marketing strategies across specialty psychiatric treatment settings.

Define customer segmentation, targeting, and account engagement priorities across health systems, IDNs, interventional psychiatry treatment centers, psychiatric practices, and emerging care delivery models.

Build integrated account marketing plans that support launch readiness, adoption, treatment capacity, and long-term franchise growth.

Partner closely with field account teams to ensure consistent execution of account value propositions and customer engagement strategies.

Develop compelling clinical, operational, economic, and financial value propositions tailored to key provider stakeholders.

Create account-facing resources and tools that communicate the value of TSND-201 to executives, administrators, clinical leaders, treatment coordinators, and operational decision makers.

Partner with Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Medical Affairs, to develop evidence and messaging supporting account adoption.

Lead development of clinical and operational workflows and practice economics frameworks that demonstrate the viability and operational impact of therapy adoption.

Collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Distribution, and Patient Services teams to address reimbursement, buy-and-bill, billing pathways, coding, patient access, and treatment administration considerations.

Develop readiness tools, onboarding programs, training materials, and implementation resources designed to improve customer confidence and operational preparedness.

Support development of scalable account support solutions that can be leveraged across future portfolio assets.

Lead provider account and site-of-care launch readiness activities for lead candidate TSND-201 and specialty psychiatry assets.

Develop and implement launch plans, customer engagement strategies, support programs, and account implementation resources.

Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for account adoption and customer readiness.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
-
10-12+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including a background in specialty psychiatry, neurology, oncology, autoimmune and/or related therapeutic areas and commercial models relevant for this role

Experience in provider account marketing, site-of-care marketing, healthcare system marketing, market access, specialty commercialization, or related commercial functions.

Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, treatment site operations, provider economics, reimbursement pathways, and patient support models.
-
Experience developing account value propositions, practice economic models, operational workflows, and customer-facing business cases.

Demonstrated understanding of buy-and-bill, specialty distribution, patient access, coding, reimbursement, and complex treatment delivery models.

Experience supporting launch preparation and commercialization of specialty therapeutics preferred.

Proven ability to identify workflow challenges and develop customer-centered implementation solutions.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with ability to translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.

Strong financial acumen, including business case development, forecasting support, and evaluation of investment impact.
