[Hiring] Director of Marketing @Wiza

Role Description

Wiza is the most accurate B2B prospecting platform on the market, with 850M+ contacts, verified in real time, trusted by 500,000+ GTM professionals. We're profitable, growing fast, and among the highest rated data tools on G2. This is a remote role based in North America. For candidates based in Toronto, you will have optional access to our downtown office space.

Our Director of Marketing will help to develop our strategy and drive our next phase of growth. Wiza has taken a major leap in the past two years:

• Thousands of people sign up for Wiza every week.
• Our data wins head-to-head accuracy tests against every major competitor.
• We're embedded in the products GTM teams already use.
• We are cash positive and profitable, allowing for compounding growth.

Three revenue motions are growing at once:

• Self-serve/PLG revenue
• Sales-led annual contracts
• A fast-growing API business where partners deploy Wiza data inside their own products

You will develop a team that effectively helps us accelerate each of these massive opportunities.

What you'll own:

• Full-funnel demand: Everything from awareness to closed revenue, including organic, paid, content, lifecycle, and product-led.
• Positioning and the story we tell: Sharpen the narrative for various use cases and ensure consistency across channels.
• Product marketing and launch: Keep customers and the market educated on the fast-developing capabilities of the platform.
• Product-led growth: Influence paths that convert free users to paid and individuals to teams.
• New markets: Choose segments to target and build programs to reach them.
• Measurement and operating cadence: Partner with RevOps to close the loop on source attribution and funnel conversion.
• Marketing at Wiza: Build a high-performing team with the right mix of talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, with real depth in demand generation and ownership of a full funnel.
• Experience marketing a product with both a sales-led and a self-serve motion.
• A track record of building from 0 to 1: campaigns, pages, launches, and programs designed and shipped.
• Strong product marketing instincts.
• Fluency in the modern marketing stack: HubSpot, paid channels, SEO tooling, web (Webflow or similar), analytics.
• An AI-native instinct with experience building workflows with AI tools.
• Comfort with data and the ability to answer questions independently.
• A bias toward shipping and a strong instinct for asking "why" twice before building.
• Leadership and a strong instinct on what skill set to bring in with your first hire.
