Role Description
The Regional Director of Client Marketing will own the marketing responsibilities for a dedicated region of the U.S., managing relationships and strategic marketing-related thought leadership for each utility client. This position will develop and maintain a proven best-in-class, data-driven, results-oriented playbook tailored to fit the unique requirements of each client/program.

Lead strategic planning and overall program budget delivery across a dedicated region of the U.S.

Proactively work with the regional team to identify higher-potential segments and customer personas.

Provide leadership and support to build programs that drive improved client KPIs and cost of acquisition.

Identify and address any at-risk clients or program RFPs.

Oversee the deployment of marketing campaigns including digital, mass media, and event marketing.

Develop best practices seeking continuous improvement and feedback on marketing values.

Communicate marketing campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

Initiate campaigns and tactics with the marketing project management system.

Review, analyze, and communicate results of marketing promotions.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Advanced degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum of 10 yearsβ experience in marketing.

At least 5-7 years of supervisory experience.

At least 5-7 years of client management experience in a marketing capacity.

Demonstrated experience in leading a cross-functional marketing team.

Experience leading a team, motivating employees, and generating results ideally in a remote environment.

Starting salary between $145,000.00 and $155,000.00 Annually.
