Role Description

Kueski is looking for an experienced and creative Head of Content Marketing & Social Media to define and drive our content and engagement strategy across digital platforms. This role is central to crafting compelling narratives, building an engaged online community, and strengthening Kueski’s brand presence in Mexico. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, you will lead the development of content initiatives that drive brand affinity, engagement, and user trust while positioning Kueski as a thought leader in fintech.

  • Develop and execute Kueski’s content marketing and social media strategy to build brand authority, engagement, and audience loyalty.
  • Own the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Lead the ideation and production of high-quality content, including blogs, videos, social posts, influencer collaborations, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage community engagement, fostering authentic connections and ensuring responsive, meaningful interactions with users.
  • Analyze performance data and social trends, using insights to optimize content strategies and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, PR, Product Marketing, and Brand teams, to align messaging and amplify campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and media partners to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle content strategies, ensuring engagement at every stage of the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators and social media specialists, driving innovation, creativity, and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading content and social media strategies in Mexico, ideally within fintech, financial services, retail or consumer brands.
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling, content formats, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Expertise in community management and engagement, with a strong ability to build and maintain brand-consumer relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers and creators to enhance brand awareness and authenticity.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize strategy.
  • Proficiency in content marketing, including SEO best practices, video storytelling, and social listening.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining high creative and strategic standards.
  • Experience leading teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing content and social media function.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
