[Hiring] Director, Demand Generation @IRONSCALES

Role Description

As a proven director, you will own and build the demand engine for a challenger brand as its market breaks open. This role is high-autonomy and high-visibility, where you will lead a small team and agency partners while also being hands-on in running campaigns, drafting creative, and analyzing data.

You will be responsible for:

• Marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, including channel mix, spend, conversion, CAC, and stage-by-stage targets.
• The demand strategy, ABM platform, and broader tech stack, along with the programs and playbooks that scale behind them.
• Managing the budget and defending it.
• Leading a small team and a portfolio of agency partners.

Qualifications

• A proven director who has scaled demand programs from scratch and can demonstrate significant revenue growth.
• A builder who is comfortable creating structure and systems where there are none.
• High integrity and autonomy, thriving with ownership and minimal oversight.
• Experience driving pipeline with a small team and disciplined budget.
• Experience with multiple go-to-market motions and account-based programs at scale.
• Ability to own and defend pipeline targets, channel mix, and conversion models.
• AI-native and data-driven operator, using AI and automation in daily work.

Requirements

• Experience in email security, cybersecurity, or human risk management (HRM), or another technical B2B SaaS category.
• Experience marketing to technical or security audiences.
• Experience building partner or channel demand programs.
