Role Description

The Digital/SEO/SEA & AI Specialist - EU is responsible for online channel activation, optimizing operational excellence, customer facing experience, marketing activation and cross functional alignment, on a global scale. This role ensures that Dana’s products and solutions are visible across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms - driving scalable digital growth.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic visibility and rankings
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent and brand voice
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with developers and marketers to improve technical SEO, site performance, and user experience
• Implement automation and AI-driven processes to increase efficiency and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI developments, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Conduct keyword, trend, and competitor analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, digital marketing, computer science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years’ experience in project management in a manufacturing distribution environment
• Proven experience in SEO/SEA and digital marketing (tools such as: Google Analytics)
• Experience with SAP, eCommerce ops excellence, customer facing marketing and Microsoft products
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing technologies
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in (speaking and writing):
• Mandatory: English
• Preferable: German or additional language skills within the EMEA region are a plus
