Role Description

Make our clients impossible to miss online by delivering SEO and PPC that climbs rankings, sharpens spend, and turns data into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Deliver day-to-day SEO activity across multiple client websites.
  • Implement technical SEO recommendations in collaboration with the web team.
  • Carry out on-page optimisation, including metadata, internal linking and content improvements.
  • Support content performance through keyword research, intent mapping and optimisation.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Paid Search (PPC)
  • Build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns in line with agreed objectives.
  • Improve performance through ongoing testing of keywords, ads, audiences and landing pages.
  • Monitor budgets, bids and performance to ensure efficient spend and strong return.
  • Work closely with the pod to align paid activity with organic search and wider campaigns.
• AIO and GEO Delivery
  • Apply AIO and GEO principles to SEO and content delivery to improve visibility in AI-generated search results.
  • Support optimisation for generative search experiences, summaries and answer-driven discovery.
  • Stay informed on changes in AI-influenced search and feed practical recommendations into delivery.
  • Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console and advertising platforms.
• Data, Reporting and Insight
  • Track agreed KPIs and flag issues or opportunities early.
  • Provide clear, concise performance feedback to the pod and Pod Lead.
  • Use data to inform decisions and prioritise activity effectively.
• Pod Collaboration
  • Work as an embedded specialist within a pod alongside content, web and client services.
  • Deliver agreed actions on time and to a high standard.
  • Contribute search insight to pod discussions and planning.
  • Support continuous improvement in processes, documentation and ways of working.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering SEO and PPC.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Practical understanding of modern search behaviour and AI influenced results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different client accounts.
• High attention to detail and pride in delivery quality.

Requirements

• Agency experience with B2B/B2C clients.
• Experience working within a pod or cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with technical SEO concepts and website platforms.
• Understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation.
