Role Description

This is a hands-on performance marketing role where data, optimisation, and impact come together.

A well-established full-service creative and digital agency is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to own and optimise paid digital campaigns across a diverse client portfolio.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer who enjoys end-to-end campaign ownership, thrives on data, and takes pride in delivering tangible lead-generation outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing, and continuously improving paid digital campaigns that drive real business results for clients.

• Launching and managing Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns end-to-end
• Setting up and maintaining conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4)
• Monitoring and optimising campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality
• Diagnosing and resolving performance or tracking issues with confidence
• Building clear, actionable performance reports using Looker Studio
• Providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data
• Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining performance quality
• Supporting and contributing to Google Ads activity where required

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role
• 3+ years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation
• Proven experience running Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
• Confident setting up and managing conversion tracking and custom events
• Can build, interpret, and explain performance reports and dashboards
• Strong data-led mindset and know how to optimise campaigns based on insights
• Can independently troubleshoot campaign or reporting issues
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple live campaigns

Requirements

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of GA4
• Experience in property, real estate, health, or community-focused campaigns
• Agency-side experience working across multiple clients and industries
• Curiosity and willingness to expand into new platforms and performance channels

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
