Role Description

You would build, launch, optimize and report on programmatic and paid social campaigns across enterprise and multi-location accounts, working from strategy set by a Senior Media Strategist. This is a hands-on, in-platform role focused on Meta and programmatic media buying. Accuracy, pacing, measurement, and performance improvement are central to the role.

Our clients are franchise and multi-location brands, so success comes from strong operation discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks and opportunities before they affect performance.

What you will own

• Campaign activation and management across programmatic and paid social channels
• In-platform optimization of bids, budgets, audiences, placements, inventory, and creative performance
• Budget pacing, delivery monitoring, and early identification of performance risks and opportunities
• Campaign measurement, testing, quality assurance, and tracking validation
• Platform reporting, campaign documentation, and collaboration with strategy, analytics, account, and creative teams

How you will be measured

• Campaign performance against client targets
• Build accuracy and quality assurance standards
• Budget pacing and delivery accuracy
• Timely identification of performance risks, opportunities, and optimization actions

Qualifications

• Five or more years hands-on digital media buying experience, including programmatic and paid social campaign activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one demand-side platform; Basis experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, and performance optimization
• Understands that attention to detail, quality assurance, and accurate execution directly affect client results
• Wants to stay close to the work, develop deep platform expertise, and continuously improve performance outcomes

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

• $78,650 to $103,500 base depending on experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
