Role Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

The Digital Marketing Specialist & Coordinator will be responsible for the hands-on execution of digital marketing activities across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on operating the Search Atlas AI-SEO platform, completing recurring SEO deliverables, managing client account information, and ensuring that monthly production requirements are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with digital marketing tools. This individual should enjoy learning software platforms, following established processes, and performing day-to-day marketing tasks while collaborating with a Senior SEO Strategist on more complex technical challenges.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT | Monday–Thursday (4-Day Workweek)

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Execution & Platform Management
  • Operate the Search Atlas platform to execute SEO services included in client packages.
  • Perform monthly SEO optimizations across assigned client accounts.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and conduct basic technical SEO checks.
  • Execute recurring SEO tasks according to established processes.
  • Complete content updates and other monthly SEO deliverables.
• Client Account Coordination
  • Maintain organized records of client preferences, unique requirements, and historical account information.
  • Track account-specific needs to ensure deliverables are completed accurately.
  • Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ensure important client information and requirements are not overlooked.
• Project Management & Monthly Deliverables
  • Manage an individual production calendar using ClickUp.
  • Organize and track monthly deliverables, including content updates, SEO tasks, and reporting.
  • Follow established workflows to ensure recurring production goals are met.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Monitor performance data using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Review marketing performance data to identify relevant trends.
  • Prepare clear monthly performance summaries for stakeholders.
• HubSpot & Marketing Support
  • Assist with lifecycle campaign logistics using HubSpot.
  • Perform data entry and maintain information within HubSpot.
  • Conduct basic campaign performance checks.
  • Provide light email marketing support.
• SEO Collaboration & Troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the Senior SEO Strategist on technical SEO challenges.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts when higher-level technical guidance is required.
  • Apply established SEO processes while developing proficiency with digital marketing systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or account coordination.
• Direct experience using Search Atlas, HubSpot, and ClickUp.
• Experience performing digital marketing tasks rather than solely coordinating or managing them.
• Working knowledge of local and organic SEO, including keywords, metadata, and rankings.
• Ability to operate digital marketing platforms and execute recurring SEO tasks.
• Strong ability to learn and master software platforms, including discovering useful features and shortcuts.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple client accounts.
• Ability to maintain accurate client information, preferences, and account history.
• Ability to manage recurring monthly deliverables and meet production deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing assigned responsibilities.
• Comfort following established processes and maintaining consistent, high-quality output.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in the beauty, salon, or wellness industry.

What Success Looks Like

• Monthly SEO deliverables are completed accurately and on time across assigned client accounts.
• Search Atlas is used effectively to execute SEO optimizations, keyword tracking, and basic technical checks.
• Client preferences, requirements, and historical information remain organized and accessible.
• Monthly production tasks are consistently managed through ClickUp.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console data are used to identify trends and prepare monthly summaries.
• HubSpot data entry, campaign checks, and email marketing support tasks are completed.
• Technical SEO challenges are addressed through collaboration with the Senior SEO Strategist.
• Digital marketing processes are followed consistently while proficiency with the company's platforms continues to improve.
