Role Description

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in paid media and lead generation. In this role, you’ll develop, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns designed to attract qualified prospects, increase conversions, and drive business growth.

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and budgets.
• Track conversions and return on investment (ROI).
• Test ad copy, creative concepts, and audience targeting.
• Use performance data and analytics to optimise campaigns.
• Manage lead funnels and ensure leads are accurately captured and tracked.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with campaign analytics, conversion tracking, performance optimisation, lead funnels, and customer acquisition.
• Combines analytical thinking with creativity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Focused on achieving measurable results.
• Matric/Grade 12 certificate preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
