Role Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract) will execute digital marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and sales performance. This remote, part-time contract role involves implementing campaigns and making data-driven decisions across multiple channels while maintaining our distinctive brand voice and aesthetic.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Manage & implement email marketing campaigns
- Assist with retargeting and customer acquisition campaigns
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths
- Help coordinate influencer marketing outreach
- Track campaign performance metrics
- Implement A/B testing across digital properties
- Generate basic performance reports
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Monitor ROI across channels
- Coordinate with external freelancers on asset development needs
- Collaborate with virtual team members on marketing initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels
- Contribute to launch strategies
- Implement scheduled content across platforms
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics
- Demonstrated success in e-commerce (health/wellness experience a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely
Requirements
- Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Email marketing tools (Klaviyo or Brevo preferred)
- Basic SEO understanding
