Role Description

This role involves developing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
Own email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and optimization
Collaborate with copy and design teams to create compelling content
Analyze email performance metrics and apply insights for improvement
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements
Report to and work closely with the VP of Marketing
Assist in designing and implementing SMS marketing campaigns using Wunderkind
Develop targeted SMS strategies for personalized messaging
Manage SMS lists and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Track and analyze SMS campaign performance
Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies
Measure and analyze campaign performance for strategy adjustments
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in email and SMS marketing
Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive marketing efforts
Communicate effectively with external partners and vendors

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, especially in email and SMS marketing
Experience working with retail, CPG, or apparel brands
Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a network of contacts
Deep knowledge of email and SMS marketing tools, including Klaviyo
Experience with Shopify for e-commerce integration
Analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about marketing and growth
