Role Description

If you’re a hands-on developer with a consulting mindset who enjoys solving business challenges through low-code solutions and can spot opportunities to deliver even greater value to clients, VeilSun could be the home you’re looking for.
We’re seeking a Low-Code Developer with project management skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll:
- Develop, customize, and optimize low-code applications (preferably Quickbase)
- Manage the delivery of projects to meet business objectives
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, helping clients maximize their investment in our solutions
We offer a salary of $80,000 to $110,000 and an exceptional benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), PTO, and sick time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of Quickbase experience preferred
- Background in consulting preferred, with experience advising and guiding clients through solutions
- Experience with other low-code platforms (Mendix, OutSystems, Power Apps, Appian, etc.) will be considered if Quickbase experience is limited
- Proven ability to identify and promote cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
Requirements
- Quickbase experience (2+ years), including building applications, creating custom workflows, and managing data models
- Skilled in creating custom workflows, data models, and process automations
- Ability to design efficient data structures and workflows
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Preferred background in consulting with experience in client-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build trust by delivering value and exceeding expectations
- Recognize and act on opportunities for additional value-added solutions
- Experience with workflow automation platforms is a plus
- Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
