Role Description

FairPlay is looking for a broad-based marketer, not just a content creator. Getting a post written and published is only the first step — this role owns everything that happens after:

• Amplifying reach (organizing engagement, comments, and cross-promotion)
• Tracking performance
• Reporting back on what's working and why

Deep, pre-existing HubSpot expertise is not a gating requirement — HubSpot is a tracking and distribution tool that a strong marketer can learn on the job. The person must already understand the mechanics of organic growth and distribution on LinkedIn (and ideally other platforms) and be comfortable owning reporting once tools are in place. This person will work closely with the founders, and content creation itself may be lightly supported or handled separately, so the priority is someone who can operate across the full funnel rather than one narrow function.

Qualifications

• Proven, broad-based marketing experience — comfortable across multiple functions (content, distribution, analytics), not limited to one narrow skill
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn distribution mechanics: how to amplify a post, drive engagement, and grow followers organically
• Willing and able to learn HubSpot as a working tool — prior deep HubSpot implementation experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Excellent English writing skills for a corporate/professional audience
• Microsoft 365 proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable using AI tools as a support layer, not a replacement for original thinking
• Confident, proactive communicator who will speak up early if something is unclear or not going to plan
• B2B or professional services industry background preferred

Requirements

• Full-time, EST-aligned hours
• Candidates complete a short Loom walkthrough of fairplayglobal.ai, fairplay.law, and the FairPlay Global LinkedIn page as part of screening
• $1,500 - $2,000 a month
