Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. A global peak-performance and mindset coaching company serving entrepreneurs is seeking an experienced Marketing VA to help execute and grow its digital presence.

The VA will take ownership of:

• Social media execution
• Content creation and repurposing
• Video editing
• Digital outreach
• Launch marketing
• Recurring marketing administration

The role will work closely with the client and a separate Technical VA responsible for GoHighLevel, funnels, and backend automations.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in:

• Improving business efficiency
• Enhancing service delivery
• Supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services

Qualifications

• Digital marketing and social media management experience required
• Content creation and short-form video editing experience required
• Canva and CapCut experience required
• Strong copywriting and written English required
• Experience communicating with customers, clients, or communities on behalf of a business preferred
• Digital product launch experience strongly preferred
• Lead-generation or digital outreach experience preferred
• Email marketing and nurture-sequence experience preferred
• Podcast and affiliate outreach experience is a plus
• Meta/Instagram advertising experience is a plus
• Strong AI fluency required
• Strong organizational and administrative skills required
• Comfortable with live Zoom moderation and on-camera communication

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours (Hours expected to increase based on performance and workload)
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST
