Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of account management experience in digital marketing at an agency.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong administrative skills with an understanding of how processes and operations can be optimized.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, executives, SMEs, and co-workers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic conversations with clients and SMEs, translating business goals into clear marketing plans and next steps.
• Experience managing digital marketing accounts of various sizes, from small businesses to large enterprises.
• Experience with digital marketing strategy.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in day-to-day work, with sound judgment about accuracy, quality, and client confidentiality.
• Proficient in using software and technology to manage projects and accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion in a helpful and collaborative manner.
• Values personalized service, urgency, curiosity, strategy, and excellence.
• Located in East Coast or Central time zone.

Requirements

• Manage digital marketing accounts from small to enterprise levels, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, leading planning sessions, performance reviews, and recommendations that connect marketing efforts to business outcomes.
• Facilitate conversations with client stakeholders and internal SMEs to align on priorities, gather insights, and turn discussions into actionable plans.
• Manage projects from kickoff to completion, balancing strategic direction with day-to-day execution so all deliverables are met on time.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, meeting preparation, reporting, communication, and project coordination, while reviewing all output for accuracy and following company AI guidelines.
• Utilize software and technology to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Stay curious and continuously seek out new trends, tools, and technologies, including emerging AI capabilities, to improve client outcomes.
