Role Description
This role involves owning performance marketing and lead generation across multiple client accounts. It is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, technically curious, and deeply interested in AI, automation, and modern growth tooling.

Manage client relationships and lead strategy and execution across paid media and outbound

Continuously improve systems using data, experimentation, and emerging technologies
Key Responsibilities

Own client relationships, strategy, and ongoing performance discussions

Translate client goals into scalable paid media and lead generation strategies

Manage and optimize campaigns across:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
-
YouTube Ads (Google Ads exposure a plus)

Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation using:
-
Paid media and landing pages
-
Apollo or similar outbound tools (email & LinkedIn)

Monitor and optimize performance based on CTR, CPL, lead quality, and funnel metrics

Collaborate with creative teams on testing and iteration

Leverage AI tools, automation, and new technologies to improve efficiency and results

Track, analyze, and report performance using dashboards and spreadsheets
Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)

Proven client-facing and account management experience

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads

Solid understanding of inbound and outbound lead generation
-
High technical curiosity with active interest in AI, automation, and marketing technology

Experience with Apollo (or similar), CRMs, email platforms, and GA4

Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies

Clear communicator able to explain performance and strategy to clients
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SaaS, B2B, or tech-focused clients

Exposure to Google Ads and keyword research

Familiarity with no-code tools, integrations, or basic coding concepts

Hands-on experimentation with AI-driven workflows or automation
