[Hiring] Digital Marketer @Clue Group

Role Description

We are looking for a marketer that has launched projects and increased revenue month-on-month for new products. We create products for UX Designers. They are a simple, physical product we ship and these products sit at the top of our marketing funnel, ending with a SaaS solution for design teams. You will be working part-time to start, once the team is onboard you will be working part-time to full-time. You will be getting an hourly rate + a percentage of every unit we sell through our sites. You will provide bi-weekly progress reports to the founder.

• Marketing strategy
• Planning and Execution
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic
• Measure and Report
• Budget Management
• Setting up magnetic email marketing campaigns, tracking metrics
• Building and nurturing an email list through cold emailing, newsletters, etc.
• Implementing low cost/high impact traffic strategies and optimizing winners
• Working with our social media influencers to run promotional campaigns
• Running social media ads/working with social media groups to run campaigns

Qualifications

• MUST HAVES
• Launched products and can demonstrate revenue and metric driven results
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Strong SEO, SMM, SEM knowledge
• Paid social media advertising expertise
