Role Description

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and AI-savvy Digital Growth Marketing Manager to grow our online presence, improve website conversions, increase customer engagement, and drive measurable revenue growth. This is a hands-on execution role, not simply a strategy or supervisory position.

You should be equally comfortable optimizing a Shopify website, troubleshooting SEO issues, creating beautiful AI-generated images and videos, building email campaigns, managing social media, and analyzing performance data. We want someone who doesn't just create content or report numbers, but turns both into business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Optimize Shopify product pages, landing pages, navigation, and checkout experiences to increase sales.
  • Analyze customer behavior using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools.
  • Conduct A/B tests and implement improvements that increase conversion rates, average order value, and revenue per visitor.
  • Create compelling landing pages and promotional experiences.
• Technical SEO & Organic Growth
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, duplicate content, and website performance issues.
  • Optimize site architecture, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize product pages, collections, and blog content.
  • Use Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools to improve organic traffic and revenue.
• Email Marketing & Customer Retention
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automations using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
  • Build and optimize welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, and win-back flows.
  • Create engaging email designs, persuasive copy, and targeted customer segments.
  • Improve email-attributed revenue, click-through rates, conversions, and repeat purchases.
• Social Media Management
  • Manage content creation, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Create compelling posts, Reels, short-form videos, graphics, and educational content.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and execute creative campaigns.
  • Analyze engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions to improve performance.
• AI-Powered Creative Content Production
  • Exceptional AI creativity is a MUST for this position.
  • Use AI to create professional-quality product images, lifestyle visuals, promotional graphics, and marketing videos.
  • Produce engaging short-form videos, animations, and social media Reels.
  • Generate compelling scripts, captions, product education, and marketing copy.
  • Use tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Photoshop, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Create and test multiple creative variations to improve marketing results.
  • Maintain excellent visual quality, brand consistency, and accurate product representation.
  • You must be able to create outstanding images and videos yourself, not simply manage designers or agencies.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Strong analytical skills are non-negotiable.
  • Analyze data across Shopify, GA4, Google Search Console, Klaviyo, and social media platforms.
  • Build performance dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
  • Track conversion rates, organic traffic, email revenue, engagement, customer retention, and sales.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide concise weekly reports with clear recommendations and measurable action plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or e-commerce growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Shopify CRO, technical SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
• Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Shopify Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in AI image generation, video creation, and digital content production.
• Excellent graphic design, video editing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance.
• Experience with A/B testing, customer behavior analysis, and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience with health and wellness brands, Shopify Liquid/HTML/CSS, marketing automation, and advanced AI creative workflows.
