[Hiring] Senior Digital Marketing Freelancer @GODFREY ADVERTISING INC

Role Description

Godfrey is looking for experienced digital marketing freelancers to support our team on B2B client programs. This is not an open full-time position. We're looking for freelance support on an as-needed, project basis during periods of increased client workloads.

Depending on project needs, freelance assignments may include:

• Developing digital marketing plans that align with client business goals.
• Building, launching, and optimizing paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns.
• Supporting SEO initiatives, including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and website performance improvements.
• Developing and executing marketing automation programs that support lead generation and nurturing.
• Analyzing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending optimizations.
• Developing performance reports and sharing insights and recommendations with our internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Senior-level digital marketing experience with a strong track record of managing multi-channel B2B programs.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to diagnose crawling, indexing, and ranking issues.
• Experience implementing fixes to 301 redirects, canonical and hreflang tags, structured data, and other technical elements to improve SEO and AI search visibility.
• Deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising, building and optimizing campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and DSPs such as Basis or The Trade Desk.
• Experience with analytics, marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with agency teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and recommendations to clients.
• Previous experience working as an independent freelancer with agencies and/or B2B companies.
• An EIN or LLC and willingness to sign Godfrey's Independent Contractor Agreement.
