[Hiring] Demand Generation Specialist @Canto

Role Description

Canto is looking for a Contract Demand Generation Specialist (Full-Time) to join our team remotely from Germany. This role requires fluency in German and English.

The opportunity involves:

• Growing DACH MQL volume by activating and scaling the right mix of paid and organic channels.
• Building and running paid media campaigns, owning Google Ads and paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) for DACH end-to-end, from setup to optimization to reporting.
• Establishing Canto's organic visibility in the region by improving SEO and GEO rankings for key DACH search terms, including AI-powered search results.
• Producing or localizing content that moves prospects from awareness to consideration, not just filling the top of the funnel.
• Owning the DACH demand generation number by working closely with Sales and SDRs to ensure MQLs are qualified, handed off cleanly, and tracked through to opportunity.
• Surfacing insights that shape strategy by bringing data to the table and making clear recommendations on where Canto should invest more (and where to stop).

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running paid search and paid social campaigns independently.
• A track record of hitting demand generation targets.
• Real DACH market experience with an understanding of German-speaking buyers.
• B2B SaaS or tech marketing background.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• SEO and/or GEO experience.
• Content localization experience.
• Practical AI fluency.

Requirements

• Audit current DACH channel presence within the first 30 days.
• Generate consistent MQL volume from paid campaigns by 60 days.
• Bring clear data on what's working by 90 days.
