Role Description
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will assist in executing marketing programs to generate and nurture leads. You will work closely with the go to market team to drive traffic, increase conversions, and support overall marketing initiatives.
- Support the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, content distribution, and social media.
- Assist in managing and optimizing lead nurture workflows and segmentation strategies.
- Help maintain and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems to track leads and measure performance.
- Assist in planning and promoting virtual and live events to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to distribute assets that drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, create reports, and provide insights for optimization.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and handoff processes.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related fields, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Intermediate understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Pardot).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret marketing data.
- Experience with email marketing, paid media, or SEO.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 or IT management space is a plus, but not required.
