[Hiring] Creative Meta Ads Specialist @Virtual Colleague Philippines

Role Description

This is a remote position.

Our founder leads strategy and creative direction. This person turns those concepts and briefs into high-performing Meta ad creative, quickly and in volume, across a roster of DTC brands.

What they’ll do

• Design static ads and simple graphics from creative briefs
• Edit short-form video ads from UGC, founder footage, product clips and reviews
• Produce hook and format variations for testing
• Create new iterations of winning ads
• Keep every asset on-brand for each client
• Deliver in the right Meta formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)

Qualifications

• A portfolio of Meta or paid social ads (statics and video)
• Understands direct-response creative: hooks, pacing and why an ad stops the scroll
• Can turn raw or messy footage into a polished ad
• Fast turnaround and comfortable producing multiple variations
• Strong in Canva, CapCut or After Effects
• Uses AI tools in their workflow (image generation, AI editing, upscaling)
• Confident designing statics and editing video, in whatever tools they work fastest in (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere)

Requirements

• Experience with homeware, supplements, apparel, food and drink or pet brands
• Motion graphics or basic animation
• Photoshop or Figma, plus Premiere Pro

Schedule

• Must be able to work a full day on Monday and Tuesday mornings PH time not evenings
• Minimum of 16 hours per week
